Downtown Day

For the sixth year in a row, the fourth Saturday of September has been proclaimed “Downtown Day” by the Michigan Downtown Association (MDA).

The MDA encourages community members to visit a downtown especially on Downtown Day and enjoy its shops, restaurants, and recreational and cultural aspects.

Several MDA member communities host special events planned to celebrate the special day.
